Like many others, I too was scammed into a $39.90 charge by this company simply by trying their "free trial". The wording on their website is extremely deceptive and is obviously designed to lure in unsuspecting suckers like myself.
The best way to combat these types of things is to immediately dispute these charges to your credit card company and attempt to get the charges reversed. If enough people are successful in doing this, ZML's credit card processing company will drop them for being a high risk account. Although their credit card processing company appears to be an offshore provider and may be used to servicing scammers or high risk accounts, there is a possibility they will drop this account and they may have a difficulty obtaining a new credit card processing vendor to conduct their scams for them.
