Another victim to the 0.99USD "No Hidden Charges" lie. 

I am a UK customer and was charged a total of 25.01 which at the time of writing is $41.27 

I have requested a refund and cancelled my account. I hope to hear back from them and receive a refund. The website is not very helpful and does not offer very much support. 



If, however you dig a little deeper you may notice this;



4.3 The Client can request a refund if he has added funds to his account by mistake and he hasn't made any purchases on the Site yet. Refund can be requested during 48 hours since his account was refilled. We will not issue a refund if Files are not compatible with the Client's multimedia device or/and software. 



I am hoping that they will refund my account based on this section in their Terms of Service. If not I intend to take the necessary legal action. I know it is only 25 but without action this company will continue to rip off innocent film lovers!

I too am a victim of this site, however I had used them in April of 2009 for 1 month and definitely got my moneys worth for all the HD movies I downloaded, however I went to reactivate my account with the 1 day .99USD trial and they immediately charged my card the full 39.90.  I immediately canceled and requested a refund per their policy in "4.3".  I too am hopeful that they will refund or I will take it up with my bank and file a complaint.
