I was told that I would receive a package that would get me a lower intrest rate on my credit cards, and that it was a fee that was removed after I received the package and respond. It was a fee that was suppose to be removed. I never received the package.

It was sent to my home address, and I was never there. They would not re-route my package, and I told them I would never be home at the hours of delivery, nor could I make it to fedex in time. I was still charged for a pkg I didn't receive. I called them, and they dodged my calls.

They have not credited my card. This was in April! It is now November. I have been paying on this in addition to the interest.
