Zybertour ripped off and scammed Orlando Florida

To begin, I was solicited at my work place. This woman was a goood con artist. Deb Patroski all but promised me I could get very low credit card rates by purchasing a package from them(zybertour) with all the information I needed to go about this venture, to the tune of $417.00. Well, I bit.

I followed their instructions to the tee, and documented everything I did, mailed, phone calls,etc.

They promised a full refund(David) if things did not work out. Needless to say things did not work out so I called to request a refund to be applied to the credit card I had used. The phone number I had was changed to an 800 # that was suppose to be customer service. That number gave me another runaround # who told me that they would check on my refund.

I sent a registered letter with my documentation to the address, again asking for a refund. This letter was signed for by a person with the name of Latoya. All of this has occured since Jan.10,2002. I have not heard a word about any of this.

I feel I have been totally scammed and ripped off.
