Direct Commerce Academy DCA Deducted more money out of my account than stated in the terms and conditions. Internet

On October 9, 2010 I agreed and signed up with the Direct Commerce Academy for a home internet business.    These are the terms and agreement, I agreed upon:

By submitting your order you have read and understand the terms and conditions of the offer, which explain the order includes an immediate charge of $2.97. If you enjoy the 5-day trial and want to continue your path to online wealth, you will be billed a one-time fee of $138.67 that will maintain full access to the entire money making program. From this point you will have 30 more days to utilize our 3 month accelerated training program. You do not need to do anything to continue receiving full access and will be charged $39.99 per month for the duration of your membership. You may cancel anytime during the program or trial by calling: (800) 381-1681 and you will not be billed any further charges.

D.C.A. deducted $1.00, $1.97 and $29.95 from my account immediately.   I called my bank about the deductions, I put a hold on my account and no more money can be deducted from today by anyone.  I called D.C.A. twice to cancel and have all the money deposited back into my debt card account.  The first response is to call back in an hour because the money was not deducted from my account, LIES.  Their second response was the $29.95 will be deposited back in 5 to 7 days.  These thieves should be put out of business, go to jail and pay back all the people they are ripping off daily.
