American Home Shield AHS Fails to provide emergency service Internet, Pennsylvania

called AHS on 1/13/2012 at 6 pm to request an emergency service call because my house had no heat
I was told to give them some time to find a repairman in the area that was available, and I should call back at 9pm.  I called back at 9pm and was told to call back the next day.  I called 1/14 at 7am, and was told they were unable to locate a technician, but they would continue looking, and I should call back at 10am.  I called back at 10am, and was told they were still unable to find a repairman.  I was told I could use my own repair company, since they were having issues finding one on their own.  I was instructed to call my own repair company, and then call AHS back once I had found somebody.  I opened the phone book, and called the first ad I read.  They said they would be there in 30 minutes, and wanted a credit card number to charge their call fee to.  I gave them my number, and called AHS back.

 AHS then told me the repair man I was using had to call in to their office when he showed up at my house.  The repair man told me he was instructed that he was not allowed to call them.  I told AHS about this, and was told they would not pay the claim.  I explained to them they failed to provide a service man of their own, and now had left me to handle the repair, and pay the bill myself.  I asked to speak to a manager and was told there was nobody available...and I would be contacted within 24 hours. ..which was not the case.  I was given an email address to send the bill to a review board, but have not heard back yet.  This company advertises that they will send a service person to your house for $60...which was not the case...they also claim they provide customer service...yet there are no managers....they told me they would contact me within 24 hours...which  is a lie as well.
