Chrysler Financial ripoff Auburn Hills Michigan

Chrysler Financial, Bay Ridge Chrysler Jeep Contract fraud, illegal collection activities, failure to responds to frquests victimized many consumers Auburn Hills, / Bklyn Auburn Hills Michigan .....

I am in proces of suing both Bay Ridge Chrysler Plymouth and Chrysler Financial for fraud and failure to provide warranty services on a 2001 Jeep. In April of 2001, i became the co-signer on a contract and in Sept of that year the primary account holder died. As suchI took over payments and requested from the dealer and Chrysler Financial all paperwork for the vehicle since the payments eemed high. Upon my writted request I was sent only a invoice from bay ridge and that invoice showed over $ 6,000.00 in charges that were never approved.

In my dealing with chrysler financail, they have been rude, hung up on me and called at all hours of the night. Since my filing of a civil lawsuit in NYC, Chrysler Financil has had employees call and say that they are Police Officers, Marshalls, Sheriffs and attorneys, checking all names used indicate that there are no records to verify their identies, another cause for action in my lawsuit. Most abusive at Chrysler Financial have been, Jaylen Rose, Ed Roberts and Michale Burek. I am now attempting to serve papers on those mentions to compel them to answer questions under oath as to the way Chrysler Financial does busines and to hold them responsible for their conduct.
