i was contacted by agent Denise Hickleman to clean a friend of hers home. Denise said her friend was away in another state and she was watching her friends property for her and she wanted the house cleaned and to give her a proposal and she would contact her friend to see if her friend agreed with the estimate. After Denise confirmed the price was good there was a scheduled meeting at the homto of course to do the walk through which during that walk through Denise mentioned she accidentally broke the garage door of her friends new home.

She asked if we could fix the door. We resumed the following day moving forward and started cleaning the property with two workers including myself. Denise told us in the beginning of the job that everything had to be done through her as far as negotiations or payments! After several days working at this home the following day Denise said she liked the job and she actually took off her shoes upon entering the property. 

Denise Hickleman invited me out to a local bar while we were all working and I could smell the alcohol on her breath. It was a very strong smell. Denise invited me to meet her at the house and did mention we could actually dine together at this property. Since Denise has kissed me before in the past I wanted to keep things professional because I felt after the affection and embrace followed by a kiss I thought it wouldn't be a good idea to be at that property alone with her. I received a call when I didn't show up that evening at 7:00 pm. The next day my company resumed cleaning the inside of the house very carefully. Later that evening we made several trips to finish repairing the garage door that Denise broke and we were trying to finish the jo as a whole. 

To my surprise Denise called after my company worked at this property for almost a week and driving long distances! Denise said her friend was back in town and she wasn't gonna pay me for the job! The only thing Denise did was said you need to get your money from way friend who owns the house! Total rip offin one of my best employees who cleaned the bathrooms in this enormously big end unit home who has several kids was very upset because she wasnt Nona get her money for cleaning this really large home!

I made several attempts to get paid and have been ignored by Keller Williams. Yet Keller Williams claims they can't help me get my money because Denise Hickleman was a independent contractor! What a nightmare , stay away from Keller Williams, Champion Realty is a much better RealEstate company.
