The Pyramid Collection Customer Service Reps Uninformed Internet

I couldn't stop myself from laughing at the Customer Service Rep I called at The Pyramid Collection.  Listed next to a dress are the sizes it says (i.e.) Small (2 to 4)  Medium (4 to 6) etc.  However, right next to this is a Sizing Chart listing Small (4 to 6), Medium (6 to 8), etc.  I call and the woman didn't know which size chart to use and actually says, "I'm not a sizing specialist!". Laughing Out Loud, I next asked her about the dress being marked, "Out of Stock - Inventory will arrive shortly."  I asked the Rep what "shortly" meant and she said, "6 to 8 weeks, but that's not a Guarantee."  I cannot stop laughing and ask her to repeat because I must have heard wrong. Nope. Last, I asked her why there was an Order Phone Number listed and a different Customer Service Number listed.  I explained that when I call Customer Service, there was an automated message... The Number you are trying to reach is no longer in service...  She actually replied to me saying, "Well no one else has complained", I completely lost all sense of composure and almost had a stroke by laughing so hard.  Eventually she hung up.
