The Pyramid Collection Pyramid VIP Club Deceptive Business Practises Nationwide

I purchased an item of clothing from this store online.  It arrived and it did not fit me and so I sent it back to them and didn't think any more of it until once or twice I saw a payment on my visa card for PGI Pyramid VIP Club and for some reason just did not register that I should be seeking out why I am receiving this payment.  My fault it seems for not checking too closely my Visa bill.  However, today I did and was astounded to find I have been charged $12.97 every month since I purchased the item for belonging to this club!  I called them up and asked them when I had received anything to sign stating that I wanted to be a member and they said they had sent me a welcoming letter (which clearly I did not receive) to my e-mail address stating that they were welcoming me and if I did not cancel this special offer of belonging to their VIP Club I would be charged monthly for this service.  Well, you know what I didn't receive that e-mail......have no proof that it was sent to me except their say so and I have been paying monthly it seems for a while or at least since I received their letter and I didn't check my visa closely enough.  This is a scam.  Who wants to pay for forward services each month.....Today I spoke with a supervisor and told her and she has offered me back 90 days of repayments and cancelled the account.  This company should be reported to the Better Business Bureau or someone who can investigate these bad business practices.  I have never ever been asked to sign up for something like this before when purchasing clothing items.
