 I was abused by Matthew Waldrop at the cvs. In Phenix city Crawford rd. All I did was file a complaint at the board of pharmacy. Which they encourage pharmacy customers to file complaints. If they been treated unfairly. They were always giving me a hard time about my medications. Even lying saying they never received them. When they did. Then when Matthew started worked they’re. He kept me waiting over 20 minutes. After I had tooth surgery. Debbie the tech knew I wasn’t allergic to this pain medication. I didn’t know Matthew had been in trouble for drug addiction. He was addicted to the pain medication I was taking. Other customers were getting mad waiting on me. Matthew was trying to figure out a way to steal my medication. Then he decided to let me have them. In January 2020 I was abused verbally and mentally by Matthew. When all I did was ask the tech. Why I had to wait for an hour for my medication. When it only takes 15 minutes to fill it. Matthew started yelling at me. In front of other customers saying I read your board of pharmacy read your complaint. And I’m not going to give me my medication. Which was laying on the counter. Because the complaint was about them giving me a hard time for no reason. The CVS on Crawford rd has two complaints against them. But the board saying they couldn’t find anything wrong. I was set up. They were friendly and professional during the investigation. But when the board of pharmacy ruled in their favor. Matthew retaliated telling me to leave and never return to the pharmacy. While he continued to abuse pharmacy customers. And deny them their pain medication. So he can feed his drug addiction.
