If you review this site you will see many reports/complaints on this company. All the compliants are similar in nature.

They use many different domain names but they all have similarities (and are all the same entity). Names like HomeValue.US.org and HomeValue.Florida.us.org, etc. They indicate that they will give you a computer based valuation of a particular property for $1. You input the information on the property, input your credit card information and then you can see the valuation report on-line immediately.

As soon as I saw the "report" I knew it was a scam. The report indicated that there was not enough information to place a value on this property (for a house, in a normal neighborhood, that had been there for years). I immediately pulled up my credit card only to find that it had been charged $18.95 by this outfit rather than the $1 they had indicated (not to mention that the report did not provide the "valuation estimate" that had been promised).

Then I did what I should have done first. I went on-line to see if others had experienced any similar problems with this entity. And sure enough problems abound with this "business". This then confirmed to me that this is nothing but an on-line scammer operation.

I notified my credit card company  (Capital One) within an hour of when I first went onto the scammers' website. Capital One was great to work with and they will not be processing payments for this scammer opertaion. But save yourself the aggrivation and steer clear of any website that looks anything like HomeValue.org, HomeValue.US.org, HomeValue.(name of a state).US.org or anything similar.
