Miracle Management Group ripoff over 7000 dollars, has not returned refund from settlement account Troy Michigan

I received a phone call after seven months, June 1 2006 from Mike
saying he was calling from Risk Management Partners, and that
We would be receiving a check in two business days the total
amount owned us. June 5 2006 We received a check,took it to
our bank, deposited it and as of June 9 2006 the money is still there? This is the return address that was on our enverlope.

No check from MMG. Emailed Hyla Stanton a week ago no response.
To: Jamie-Lyons, Colorado. Did your check clear? If it did,
good for you. If it did not please let the rest of us know

According to the Assist Attorney Generals Office, State Of
Arizona. A hearing was held in court on August 29, 2005.
MMG has said they will make restitution. I received a return
email from MMG that my refund is being processed and to please
be patient. Be patient, I do not recall them having to wait
for their fees, and how quick they got their money out of
my checking account? I quess I will have to wait and see.

The BBB of Central/Northern Arizona was unsuccessful in obtaining
a response from MMG, regarding our complaint. Therefor MMG has
been LISTED WITH THE BBB AS UNSATISFACTORY. We are open to
advise about this situation.

Sent MMG a signed cancelation letter,certified mail, that they
signed for on June 6 2005.I have the returned receipt.
