Pay more Car Rental. They added a gas charge on my bill of 47.50, despite having a full tank, and receipts to prove it. When I confronted customer service, they kept telling me they didn’t receive my email with receipts. They wouldn't reverse decision.

Had to dispute charge with Credit Card. These people did this intentionally, and are crooks. Heard from a former employee that they tack on charges hoping people don’t fight it. They get a commission for extra charges.
