Sears extended warranty repairs Hoffman Estates IL

I purchased a refrigerator on March 26th, 2025, that comes with a 5-year warranty, and it has problems with a part that needs replacing, and I called for warranty service repairs, Anyhow, I purchased an additional protection plan services through Sears on May 27th, 2025, for repairs on other products like the air conditioner. The service person from Sears came on May 28th, 2025, for the warranty service on the refrigerator. But now Almost a month into this hold up, I'm left with a refrigerator that is not working for a part that keeps being put on back order.

Seeing how bad the warranty service is going, I decided to cancel my extended protection service I purchased with Sears before it even starts on June 26th, 2025. I called on June 19th, 2025, and after almost one hour of getting by the AI services Sears have installed in their answering services; I got a human being, and this representative Jay said she refused to cancel a service that hasn't even begun service. She even threatened to cancel my part on order that is under warranty. One thing has nothing to do with the other. I even have a written receipt of warranty work.
