360training.com Education materials do not reflect current state testing Austin Texas

I purchased the 360training.com Realestate Sales Person Training package. It was significantly cheaper than real classroom instruction and was approved by the state of Missouri. The materials are completely obsolete. The instruction often refers to a law's "upcoming changes scheduled for 2005" or some other long past date. 

What ultimately makes this class a complete rip off is that the materials they cover are not what the Missouri state exam covers. User who take this class will find themselves confronted with numerous questions on the state exam containing topics not covered in the class. When they do cover some topics from Missouri real estate sale law, it is not really contained in a teaching format. It is only slides with text repeating small sections of Missouri's laws. Unfortunately that is not good teaching methods and their choice of subject material misses the subject matter needed for the test.

I found myself taking notes during the state test so that I could research the correct subject matter that I would have to find on my own in preparation to know Missouri's required topics. 

I sincerely hope that 360training will soon be removed from the list of approved training programs for the state of Missouri. I would like my money back from 360training. Their real products is a misrepresentation of the product they advertize it to be.
