Yet, due to poor customer service representation and non receipt of the proper training class, I requested a full refund only to learn it will take approximately 3 days to receive the money refunded to my account. I purchased an online training course @ $495 for Certified Mold Inspector but never received the online class.  I  immediately emailed customer service and was informed automatically someone wouldbe  in contact with me.  24Hrs later, I still had not received training. Finally I sw a rep  who informed me  it would be corrected within 24 hrs.  The next day, I finally called customer  service torequest an immediate  refund based on my disatisfaction with their  program.  I wastoldI had  towait 3days for the refund.   Great!  But they take my  money in minutes.  Stay away from this company and find an  alternative training  comany!!!!
