7-Eleven 7-Eleven 108 Lake Shore Way - Disgraceful Employees - Horrible Experience Brick New Jersey

Please do yourself a favor and steer clear of this 7-Eleven location. I never take the time to write these reviews, but I need to get the word out. I recently had a really bad experience at this location. Long story short, this place is run by Pakistanis/Indians that hate their own miserable lives, and so they take it out on their customers. If you go to this store, they act like they’re doing you the favor by serving you. The employees always have an attitude and seem to genuinely hate Americans. I also noticed that when people leave the store, myself included, they often stare out the window at you with an evil/creepy facial expression. It’s like they are wishing for their customers to burst into flames. Very weird. They also have no command of the English language.  

When they speak to you, more like at you, it’s like they are uttering gibberish. You can barely understand what they are saying. It is really, really difficult. Poor communication on their part is at the core of my recent bad experience. When I was checking out, two of their employees asked me to do something, and because of their broken English, I couldn’t understand them. They quickly became agitated, and were literally yelling at me. It was to the point that they were on the verge of screaming. I kid you not. Then when I left the store, one of the two imbeciles was staring me down with an evil look on his face. Even as I was pulling away in my car, he didn’t break his stare. Needless to say, this was the creepiest customer service experience of my life. I will never return to this godforsaken store. 

The employees at this store are also unhygienic. A friend of mine witnessed one of their employees picking his nose while working the register. She was pulling up to the store and saw him digging for gold through the window. He was literally up to his wrist. And since she always drives with her dash cam running, she has it on video. Pretty gross and disgusting to say the least. If you are thinking about going to this store, you might want to rethink that. They hate Americans, despise their customers, and are unclean people. I would not trust them to handle or prepare anything I’m putting in my mouth. God only knows where their hands have been. I work hard for my money, and I bet you do as well. Why would you give it to a store that despises you? Ask yourself that question before walking into the 108 Lake Shore Way, Brick, NJ location.
