My complaint is to ADT I been with them over a year now, received many calls from them saying no signal I called them many times, they said it was fix and then at the next day again no signal I beeh dialing with this company during this year with no resolution but still getting charge for service they agreed to send same one to replace the box ( because after tests were my alarm was going off and they were no receiving signal ) so the tech guy told my the I P address or samething like that was wrong and so that was the reason why no signal, so call to request cr they denied all the calls I made or the ones they did to me, said don't have more than a couple, and the first rep Lauren offer 1 month cr only, the "resolution guy" agreed for 2 months. When I have not had service for over a year and still getting charge for.
