Advanced Beauty Solutions defective flat iron Valencia california

I have ordered a true ceramic pro flat iron from an informercial I saw on t.v. and when the product arrived it didn't work and I have been trying to get a refund from them ever since.

They first kept promising to send me another iron and after waiting and waiting then they promised to refund my money now they have since disappeared off the face of the earth and the people who are selling the iron now states that I didn't get it from them so I can not get a refund from them.

I don't think they should be able to sell this horrible product until they have taken care of the dissatisfied consumers first. Since they want to continue taking our money selling this product. Can someone anyone help me. I feel so cheated.
