Although I just spent $30 on my converter software, I feel like I need to bring my case to your attention. The same week I purchased my product and realized it did not work, I wrote an email to both of the aiseesoft contact email addresses. The responses and follow up practices I got are so unprofessional and purely representa a scam not to mention that they dont have a phone number to call them to.  I have copy/pasted the conversation that we have had via email to make the story short and for you to realize what a fraud they are. Please begin reading from bottom to top.

I REPEAT, I download this file from itunes so whatever itunes files are. This is a large fil and it can not be sent. It is a 1 hr movie and I can not send it via email. For the last time  MY REQUEST TO YOU IS TO GET MY MONEY REFUNDED!!!! It has been over a week emailing back and forth, with no solutions form your end...If I don't hear back from you guys with a solution. Thank you for your response.... As I explained earlier, I downloaded the software to convert a movie file so to burn into dvd, however, I was not successful at it. I already solved the problem through a different converter I purchased. Because the software did not work for me I would like to get my money refunded as I am under the 30 warranty.
