Allen Samuels Dodge My Car Sounds Like a Tractor ripoff Houston Texas

My car was taken to Allen Samuels Dodge per request of my insurance company. my car was in the shop for approximately 33days and when I went to pickup my car it sound like a TRACTOR!

I spoke with one of the technicians which was Sergio Chavez and he then stated, "Your compressor was out and your insurance company only said repair the engine." Hello my car was in a flood my engine and other parts of my car was flooded as well.

Sergio Chavez an employee at Allen Samuels Dodge was very rude and plain out had a cavalier atitude and basically said, "Talk to your insurance company. "Mean while my engine sounds like a TRACTOR and before my car was flooded was in perfect condition.

Allen Samuels did a poor job with repairing my car and did not care wether I was a satisfied customer. No one had answers nor could they help me resolve my problem, and on 5/01/2007 had to come back and pick my car up. I feel I was taken advantage of and would not refer this dealership repair to anyone, if I wanted a TRACTOR I WOULD HAVE BOUGHT ONE! Poor customer service from this company.
