America Home Shield Shields Themselves From Honoring Warranty and Payment America Home Shield the worst in the business according to Realtors Alabama

The AC at my home is on the blink today. It is 90+ here today. The humidity is sky rocketing.

To keep from arguing with American Home Shield we have emailed them with the request for the AC repair needed. We received a reply with the name of the repair company and that they would respond within 4 hours.

That was at 8 a.m. today. At 12:15 p.m. the repair company, Trinity Heating and Cooling, Eclectic, AL had not responded.

Their excuse was their email was down and they did not receive American Home Shields order for them to respond.

They have now scheduled for service between Noon and 5 p.m. tomorrow.

This repair company is 35 miles away in a town of 3000. I live in Montgomery. A city of 230,000. The yellow pages in Montgomery is full of AC repair companies. Why 35 miles away?

They are so untrustworth and have such a bad name reputable companies will not deal with them.
