America Home Shield Incompetent contractors with extreme bad coverage system Nationwide

For past two years, I only used 3 times for service repairs. Most of their prefered contractors are incompetent and only do a light fixes that you could have done yourself. My last straw was with a plummer from Contractor Connection (818-885-0077) who would not touch my sink stoppage because I put draino to unclog night before. He declared he does not work with hazardous materials and that my pipes are not straight which caused the stoppage (which I could not tell). This caused American Home Shield to not cover the fix. Next day I fixed it myself by plugging one side of the sink and running the disposal. I got this tip from internet.

My overall experience is that home warrenty coverages are a joke where they do not cover any real fixes.
