American Freight Ripped off - Refused to call us when couch arrived and will not give money back! Internet

We purchased a couch in late March.  At the time, we were told there would be a 2 week wait.  After more than two weeks, we then called and were advised another 1-2 weeks.  Apparently the couch came in on Monday, 4-22-13, and American Freight never called us to come pick the couch up.

We decided to procure a couch from another retailer and get our money back.  Magically, the couch appeared while we were in the store complaining about the lack of service and wanting our money back.  They have refused to give us our money back at this point.  We have never had the couch in our possession.

Do NOT make any purchases from this company unless you can take the product home immediately.
