American Freight Poor quality mattresses Portage Michigan

We puchased two mattresses from American freight in Portage Mi.The 1st mattress did not last two months after numerous pictures and no response I called their corporate office and had a new mattress in two days.

My wife started noticing her mattress was strting to dip about the same time as my second one. We called the store and were told to submit pictures, which we did. We did not recieve any response until we went to the store and met with a assistant store manager.

This manager asked that we esend the previous pictures which we did. After a week or so we recieved an e-mail asking us to put a flat board across the bed so the could see how much rhe mattresses were sagging.We did as reqested prior to th 1st of June at this time we have not recieved an answer from American freight.
