We were covered by American Home Shields Home Repair Warrenty....but when your hot water heater errupted

and we called American Home Shield they did not answer their phone for service ...after holding 25 minutes during

regular business hours with Them never answering their servcie number...and watering running onto the floor and

smoke coming fromt eh water heater I called a plumber on an emergency basis who replaced the water heater and

help clean up the mess... American Home Shield should at least pay part of these costs which they have refused to

pay any of.
