American Signature Furniture in Lithonia Georgia is selling furniture that is torn and busted. When I ask them to replace the furniture they said that we had the right inspect the furniture.

I told them that they should have inspected the furniture before they shipped it out.

They will not reimburse me or pick up the furniture from me.

EVERY 99.99999% of retail furniture stores reserve the right to inspect and repair damaged furniture. You agree to this term when you buy it. In case no one ever told you anything you buy can be damaged when you receive it. It happens its wood and cloth. You have it fixed and get on with your life it's just furniture, yes I know, but it's just money also. Its how the game is played don't like the rules don't play, don't buy anything that might get or be damaged.
