American Signature Furniture SCAMMED OUT OF $4000! Leather Sectional Peeled Like An Onion! Atlanta Georgia

 We purchased a "Leather" Sectional with a 7 year extended warranty from the American Signature store in Camp Creek Marketplace in Nov of 2010 and it started PEELING in February of this year (2013). We contacted the store who in turn had us contact the warranty company. The warranty company sent out a technician to inspect the sectional-as soon as she saw it she said "There's nothing I can do to fix this!" and proceeded to take pictures. She told us they use a cheap SPRAY ON BONDED LEATHER and it peels like crazy after awhile and can't be repaired.

SOOOO, I call the warranty company to convey this and they tell me the warranty doesn't cover "PEELING". WHAT THE HECK! So I just gave you $4000 for junk furntiure and a warranty that doesn't actually DO ANYTHING! From my understanding based on what the sales people and customer service told me if it can't be repaired THEY HAVE TO REPLACE IT! But of course this company is flat out refusing to do anything to rectify the situation. I'm just out my 4 grand and now have to buy new furniture. I'm completely disgusted! This store really has no concern for their customers! Once they have your money it's a done deal. They don't even seem to care about thier reputation apparently, because I am not the only consumer who has had the EXACT SAME ISSUES WITH THEIR FURNITURE!

I'm going to find an attorney and sue! This is ridiculous and someone has to hold this multi-million dollar company accountable! I'm forwarding this story to my local new station as well. Maybe some well deserved bad publicity will wake them up!
