AMERICAN SIGNATURE FURNITURE WORST SERVICE I EVER SEEN.FURNITURE FELL APART IN 30 DAYS.WILL NEVER WALK IN STORE AGAIN SARASOTA Florida

I'm not much on typing,so this will be short.I bought a couch,took it home, used it 30 days and noticed I was sitting on a cross board,padding had already giving out.It was a month or so before I called. They said they would order the stuff to repair and call. No call. I called.They didn't know what i was talking about.They said they would find out what was going on and call back.No call. There are other furniture stores out there that, I would never buy there again,never!They sure were nice at the store when your buying, but after that, I was ignored.
