I just received my credit card statement only to find that AMR long distance has charged my account on Jan.28th and again on Feb.19th for the amount of $48.79 each time. I never signed up for this service, and when I try to reach customer service all I get is a tape telling me to leave my name and phone number and someone will call me back. I have done this twice and no one has ever called me back! This Company is a BIG RIP OFF who would pay $48.79 a month for long distance! I do not even know how they got my credit card number to bill me for this service, that I never signed up for! I contacted my credit card company and hope to get my money back soon. I hope someone can put these people out of business!
