AT&T U-Verse By far the worst sales ripoff / installation incompentancy / customer service deboggle ever!! Avoid !!! Internet

First - Salesman was a complete and total liar, the features and prices he promised were not even close to what I ended up with.

Second - installation crew, completely ignorant - had to show them how to hook up myself and run wires - they wanted to run wires all over outside of house.

Third - performance of the television signal - terrible, low grade picture, comes in and out for not reason. Channel availability terrible, basic channels we expect on any basic program not available on U-verse.

Fourth - computer speed? A joke Cnet tests at about 384k, little better than a modem. Come on - give me a break.

Fifth - they cannot seem to get my direct bill hooked up, then charge me extra late fee? Their fault it is not hooked up - did not even send any notices. Come On!

Sixth - wanted to chat about any possible cancellation fees, sorry can't talk about that on line - need to call a sales rep.

and now the circle is complete - back talking to the person that lied in the first place. Wish me luck!
