Auto One Acceptance Corp, Citigroup, Trans South, Arcadia ripoff; extra money sent for principal over several months not applied Dallas Texas

I am a stay at home mom; take care of the finances; whenever I could pay extra I did $200 here $150 there; I wrote principal only of principal and intrest only; My husband is deployed military and we had some pay issues knowing I advanced paid I didn't worry about the month of June; This woman harrasses me calling daily saying I am not covered I owe more she dosen;t see the money even though they cleared the bank; I asked for a payment history she refused; the active deployed are normally covered if any problems by a Solidier Sailor act prevent any legal action she was advised and threatened "Do you not think I have the power the sign the release to have your car picked up" of course I thought fine it's not worth it I agreed to pay another month even after I already had; we agreed on $354.05 her name was Ms.Davis and said she was transfering me to someone to take my checking information the girl was lilly chopan she said at first at the end said her name was jennifer when she said the check amount it changed from 354.05 to 366.05 not an auth check and it has cleared my bank
