I had signed a chapter 13 and Auto One still sent repo truck to pick up my suv. Then the repo company took my suv to another state for sale.

Sale was stopped by bankrupcy court and they were told to return my vehicle. They returned it to Hot Springs Arkansas which is almost 80 miles from me.
I found way to Hot Springs but could not get my vehicle because they had ruined it, gas tank and some other damage. Called my attorney and he has faxed and called them with repair estimates.

They do not answer the faxes or phone calls. I have requested a temporary vehicle paid for by them until this one is repaired. They do not answer.

I am without a vehicle for my family, live outside of town 11 miles and have to way to work or college which I attend 125 miles away from my home.
