Auto One Acceptance ripoff, ignorant people, rude and harrassing Dallas Texas

I agree I am 2 months late on payments as of the 18th of February. I called and made payment arrangements and they all got squared away this morning the 16th. This way Januarys payment would be paid the 25th of Feb. as agreed with a representative and Feb. payment would be paid on March 18th with March's payment. Great! At least I thought so.

Tonite the 16th another representative called me and basically threatened me. She said the supervisor was wrong on the mornings call and had no right to make any arrangements with me. See tonite when I received the call first it was a man who was making statements that I said when I never talked to him then he put his supervisor on (at least thats what she calls herself) and she became rude and ignorant. She told me I had better make the payment tomorrow the 18th of feb I guess or else. She didnt even want to hear of the arrangement that was made. Atleast I am not skipping out on them I called to make the arrangements.

I think an attorney needs to do something about these people, They are harrassing me all the time. I dont want to even answer my phone anymore. They are rude and ignorant. I am standing by my agreement from the supervisor this morning regardless of what this nasty lady says.
