Auto One Acceptance Corp Ripoff The absolute worst loan sharks I've ever seen Dallas Texas

First, I want to say that no matter how bad you need a car, do not go for financing with Auto One. You will regret it.

They call non stop at work and at home. They call relatives and neighbors. They will call 15 times a day, everyday. I understand that if the payments are made exactly on time, they would not call. But I am talking about only a few days late. These people use threats, profanity and harassment, even when the payment is credited. They will continually attempt to debit your account, even when the account is current. All of this happened to me because I was 9 days late.

Even if you always pay on time and are never late, the loan balance will not go down.

If you do take a loan from Auto One, despite this and everything you have read, you will only have one way out of it: Bankruptcy. I encourage anyone who has a loan with Auto One, and is having problems, to file. It will be your only way out.

Nobody on earth needs a car so bad. Nobody should put up with this. Write your politicians, get their charter to do business in Texas (or in your state) revolked. It can be done.
