Buy.Com advertised a 14 piecer kitchen knife set but delivered a 12 piece set. Two knives were missing. I sent both them and the Rosewill Company (the seller) an email advising them of this. Rosewill sent an email back saying to contac Buy.Com.
Buy.Com never responded.
