Rakuten / Buy.com has on multiple occasions been a nightmare experience for my company.  They false advertise shipping times, stock availability, and pricing, over and over again.  When they make a mistake, they don't fix it, but lie to you over and over again hoping they might be able to do something about whatever issue is at hand, until they realize they can't and well, then it's on you.  Customer service has promised me Rakuten points for inconveniences but have never delivered them.  I have wasted hours of time, and had many business problems because of this company.  I would recommend that everyone avoid this company like the plague.
