To Whom It May Concern;
 
You now have 24hrs to comply I'm requesting that my Idel Speed Control Sensor be replaced. I have been to see your authorized mechanic after (my boyfriend) spent at least 8hrs at the repair shop, the mechanic got a phone call from the Service Dept at Car Hop, they said they would not fix the part that is requested, which would result to the following issues; see below in red.
An idle air control valve, also called an IAC valve, is found in every vehicle and is located inside of the throttle body. When a car idles at a red light or while parked, the idle air control valve regulates the amount of air that circulates in the engine, which keeps the engine at a steady RPM and prevents rough idling. When an air control valve goes bad due to either carbon buildup or getting stuck, there are a few obvious symptoms.When part IAC does not function in most cases have stalled out on roadways which could eventually cause an accident, please get this taken care of right away, see your auto repair shop. 
 
I was told by your CSR that you would only fix the part if the diagnostic was approved to be paid for, now your Warranty/Service dept is denying they had information from the Auto Repair shop which is out right lie. I'm at my wits end and you will be hearing from attorney. I'm taking my complaint to the DCA of California and the BBB.org as well as Dateline. It seems the number of complaints you have recieved by these organizations you managed to pay off the debt and still collect money that people had pay for, all I'm asking is that you pay for what your sales rep sold and what your advertising on your site; again see in RED INK below;
