Car Hop Comitt fraud. Sold us a car w/gravel in the engine and no fluids. we put fluids in they came out the tail pipe alone with the gravel! Sacramento California

My daughter bought a car from Car hop and she check engine light came on she took it back to Car hop. A Car hop employee took the car off the lot and came back 10 mins later and the light was off! My daughter checked the the oil and radiator and both were bone dry. It took 4 quarts of oil and 2 containers of anti freeze. She was on the freeway two weeks after buying this car and she saw it was smoking so she pulled off. The car would not start she had to have it towed. The next morning we had her start the car and it cough up a plie of gravel and the anti freeze was renning out the tail pipe. I mention to the manger of car hop Vee Rodriguez that that was an old trick car dealers would do (put gravel in the engine and then add the oil)to hide the fact that the car leaked oil! An in their hurry to sell the car they forgot the oil! You should have seen her face. Car hop(flop) refunded her down payment and her car note, they let her out her contract but we are gonna have to fight them to get her tow money back.Even with a warrenty they wont return her tow money! Their commercial advertise $99 dollars down it's a bunch of crap! Please people pay the $75 dollars to have a car check out before you buy it even with a warrenty it will save you money and heart ache!   A concerned Grandmother
