Cashcall cashcall is ruining lives and we need legal help!!! Fountain Valley, Ca California

I also am a victim of cashcall, I borrowed 2,500, but sent back 700, because I didn't need all of the loan, they are asking me to pay back 10,000!!! I have stopped paying them, because it doesnt do any good, I have become physically ill over this whole mess, I have health problems, and they didnt care when I tried to be honest with them, as of the new year, they have surfaced with a new commercial, god forbid!!! is there any help for us consumers who were ripped off???? Are they still in business??? everyday, I receive calls from someone hanging up on me, I know it is them, I recently lost half my income as my job hours were reduced, so now I have to live on half of what used to make, and they didnt believe me, where is the help that we need??? how can they garnish our wages, and tell the court that they loaned us 2,500 and then ask us to pay back 10,000??? What is the court going to do or say???? They first have to obtain a judgment against you, and then take you to court, can they do it to every customer??? I want justice, and peace from this company, and I want it for everyone,!!!!!!!!!!!
