Cellforcash.com, RMS Communications Inc. Cell For Cash Non Payment for goods received, Internet

First, I'd like to say that I have dealt with this company for over seven years without any problems. With that being said, now I am treated like I don't exist!

I shipped two orders to RMS in October and November of 2009. My contact at the time verified the models and quantities and said I would be paid shortly. Then in December I sent him an e-mail to make sure things were still to track, to which he said the Accounting Department was inthe processing of my payment. The sum total of the two orders is over $4,000, so it's a very serious issue to me! I undersatnd the frustration of people who are out $20-40, but I am talking four grand here!!!

In January, I found out that my contact had left the company so I started a dialog with their Custome Service Department. Chelsea Bauer was initially very responsive, but has not responded to any of my most recent attempts. I have a detailed log of every attempt which is now over 57 attempts!

I did FINALLY reach Mike Mosieur in January who said that he'd recently came back to the company and that if I could wait 20-25 more days, he'd get me paid as their cash-flow was not at a comfortable level. Since he sounded sincere, I agreed since I have dealt with them for over seven years.

After countless hours of trying to leave messasges for people, including Mike, who have never called me back, waiting for thier phone number to get working because of a "Network" issue and several e-mails, here I am!
