Cellforcash.com, RMS Communications Inc. rms communications Never got paid ocala, Florida

  I recently sent in a Tmobile G1 cell phone to Cell4cash.com.  I placed the transaction on 6/28/2009 and my phone was recieved on 7/8/2009.  They verified my phone and sent me an email on 7/10/2009.  Since this date I have not heard another word.  Many emails have been sent and not replied to and all that the number can do is give you a recording to leave a message.  What is the craziest about this situation is that I offered to sell another phone and they sent me a new box in less than four days.  I have already started a litigation process and will be serving this company with papers within the week.  I feel that it is wrong that this company can continue to do this over and over.  All that the "so called president"  can rebuttal with is that the company is not perfect and messes up.  Well all I can say is if they would answer their phone and emails they would know about these what they call oversee's.  I will let you guys know how the serving process goes.
