I sent two cell phones and two Blackberries to cellforcash.com.  They guaranteed to buy back my phones for a total of $184.00.  After waiting 45 BUSINESS days after receipt of my phones, I attempted to contact them via email to check the status of my check.  Chelsea Bauer (administrative assistant) finally responded with a generic email.  After 60 days I threatened to file a case with Florida Attorney General's office and filed a complaint with their local BBB.  Tne BBB responded to me saying they receive numerous complaints about this company and for whatever reason the company shows no desire in cooperating with the BBB--so my case was closed.  At day 70 I sent one more email to Chelsea Bauer and proceeded with filing a complaint to the Florida Attorney General's office.  My next step was a small claims lawsuit.  Coincidentally I received an email from Chelsea saying my "case" was referred to their accounts payable department for a decision.  I received a check finally after 94 business days.  I SUGGEST YOU AVOID THIS COMPANY; however, My advice if you choose to do business with this company is to KEEP ON THEM LIKE FLIES and threaten lawsuit and file complaints with the attorney general's office and even file a complaint with the BBB.  Although the BBB couldn't help, it seems like that lit a fire under them.  There is no reason I should have to wait 94 BUSINESS days for a check when their agreement says a maximum of 40 business days.  Josh
