CENTRAL COAST NUTRACEUTICALS ORDERED A $1.00 TRIAL OFFER AND RECEIVED $45.85 IN MERCHANDISE THAT I DID'T ORDER. RETURNED MERCHANDISE AND THEY CHARGED ME A 15% RESTOCKING FEE. PLUS IT COST ME $7.54 TO MAIL EVERYTHING BACK LARGO FLORIDA

I ordered a $1.00 Trail Offer of Gree Tea Extreme (as shown on Oprah). When I received the merchandise I also received Hoodiburst Gum $9.95 and Hoodiawater 1 unit $29.95. Total bill $45.85. I immediately called the company and on top of being very, very rude told me they would NOT do anything about it. I returned the merchandise which cost me $7.54. I received a credit for $33.92. They charged me a 15% restocking fee on items I didn't even order. I contacted American Express and they are disputing the charge but they can't do anything about the return charges. This company should be ashamed for what they have done and probably should be put out of business.
