They stole my money. I returned all unused products w/in the cancelation period w/ an RMA and delivery tracking number. The company credited me $15 instead of the $120 they owe me.

I've called several times asking about my credit and have been told they are having difficulties with some customers receiving credits. They also say they don't know if/when I will get my money back and that supervisor refuses to talk to me.

I honestly didn't know that a company like this could get away with the stuff they do to people. Even if you follow the terms and conditions to a T they still will rob you without a problem. The staff treat you like a complete joke and no one responds to emails. They also lie and say they don't give RMA's over the phone and you can only get it via a request from getorderhelp link. Once you complete the online form you will NEVER get an RMA via their reply, you have to call and demand an RMA from a rep.

The company is likely to rebuttal with CCN Cares statement and a cut and paste of their Terms and Conditions. This is how lazy and sad this company is.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They apparently rip a lot of people off and somehow get away with it.
