Central Coast Nutraceuticals I purchased a trial offer of Green Tea Extract for $1.00 plus postage Phoenix, Arizona

In May I signed up for a Risk Free trial offer of Green Tea Extract for $1.00. My credit card statement showed the $1.00 charge and the shipping. On May 31 they charged my credit card for $38.95 and set me up with Fit Factory for another $39.95 which I called and recieved a refund.
I emailed and phone CC Nutraceuticals to cancel and request a refund. They told me I should have shipped the bottle of green tea back within 20 days. I told then that I did not receive the green tea and that I want a refund. They told me that they have confirmation that I received the tea. They claim the postman left it at my door. Again I told them I did not receive the tea and would like a refund. He kept asking me why I didn't call the company when I didn't receive the package and I told him I didn't have the phone number. He argued with me and told me I could have looked them up online. I told him the offer mentioned Green Tea Extract not what company it came from. At this point I was now talking to a second person who did not identify himself but he was very rude. I told him I was going to notify my credit card company and dispute the matter and he again told me I would not get a refund. I also told him that I have done some research on his company and it seems they are running a scam as many people have gotten ripped off by them . I told him I was going to post a letter on this website about what shoddy business practices they have and he told me to do my best!!!!
