I purchase merchandise ($166.98) from Chadwicks - it did not fit so I returned it within 30 days as required for refund.  Here it is 7 months later and still no refund!! I was sent a "merchandise credit" but Chadwicks has nothing that will fit at all!! I want a refund not a credit.  I called both the Chadwicks Customer Service and the credit card company and still nothing.  I am quoting here "oh well I guess you are out of luck and money" 

They say it is not their responsibility to refund my money since Chadwicks was under a different owner at the time of purchase... - since they still call themselves they need to honor all returns with a refund since it was returned as required for a full refund.  I have been hung up on many, many times when I have asked to speak with a supervisor.  I have filed a compliant with the credit card bank but they do not seem really interested in resolving this issue (oh yeah I have to wait another 60 days for them to research my claim)_.

I have been given fake telephone numbers (5 different numbers so far) in which to contact their corporate offices.  The number doesnt even ring or says the number has been disconnected.  The new owners do not care about customer service and that is very clear by the attitude of their customer service representatives - one of them told me "...to go F*** off - I should be happy I was given a "merchandise credit"  they didnt have to give me anything since the purchase was before the new owners".  Wow the new owners know nothing about customer service or business if this is how they are treating customers.

This is the worst in customer service I have ever seen!!!  Are there more of us out there getting ripped off by Chadwicks?
