COMM-SERVICES LLC 401-429-2943, NJ unsolicited charge to my credit card for $9.95 Ocean City , New Jersey

On April 25, 2010 a charge to my credit card was posted for $9.95 without my consent.  On Tuesday AM april 27, 2010 I discovered the charge during a routine review of my accounts online.  I called the phone number associated with the charge and got an answering service. They said the charge was for a DVD that I ordered on line. The answering service was unable to say what the DVD was.I never made any such purchase for a DVD or anthing else online on that day as I was busy doing yard work all day. I informed the asnwering service for COMM-SERVICES LLC  that the charge needed to be immediately rescinded and that the illegal charge would be reported to the  US Secret Service for investigation of credit card fraud.

How  COMM-SERVICES LLC obtained my name and credit card information I do not know for sure.I also made a purchase from I-Kitchen and never received the goods I paid for (calculator) and that eventually ended in a dispute and a forced return of my money as it seems others here have also.
