Yesterday I received an unsolicited DVD in the mail from Comm-Services LLC. No paper work was included. I checked my credit card statement on line and found they had debited my acount $9.95 a couple of weeks ago. I found a website for them and found that if you signed up they would send you a free DVD every month with you only paying for postage and handling. I did not order this service. I sent an email with no response, placed a phone called that was answered by an answering service...no response. I have notifed my bank and will return the DVD as instructed on their internet site and see what happens. I also filed a complaint with the New Jersey BBB. My main concern is where did they obtain my personal information including my credit card number in the first place?

I want to add this note to my orginal complaint. I have been trying to figure out where this company received my personal information. After carefully reviewing all of my receipts, etc., I noted that I had attempted to order something from a website called iKitchen.com which is associated with HomeBrands. I ended up cancelling the order because I was getting the run around and bought the item somewhere else. It was the only company that I had contact with that was different from my usual merchants. Today I was searching online for info on HomeBrands an interesting complaint on resellerratings.com. Check out iKitchens.com, HomeBrands.com, MetroMarket on this site to see if any of the affiliated companys sound familar to you.
